How long will my order take? /policy

 ATTENTION ALL NEW AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS! All items on KRISTENHTC.COM are handmade by me I take pride in my work I do not rush though orders! I wish I could crochet all day but I run multiple business.  

I make everything with love and care ! The current processing time is 5-14 business days for earrings ,hats small items and . 2-6WEEKS FOR CUSTOM blankets, cardigans beachwear, outfits,etc.

Everything else ships within 3-5 business days

Items in stock will say (ready to ship) ships in 3-5 business days.

I go by the date and time in which you ordered. Your order is not the only order I have typically im working on multiple projects.

I typically do earrings 1st vs. Clothing take longer I will give you a time frame when your order is placed.

I do not work on Sundays to give my hands a break. If you have order multiple handmade items it may take longer.

We appreciate your patience. There will be ABSOLUTELY no refunds!

If your handmade clothing items or custom item is taken longer that I expected I will keep you fully informed.
